Therefore unhealthy lifestyle is defined as where someone engages in activities that are known to be detrimental to one’s health such as eating unhealthy foods on a regular basis and not maintaining a healthy weight or an unhealthy lifestyle can vary by degrees. Some may determine that being slightly unhealthy is acceptable for the sake of quality of life. Food eaten by a person both in terms of quantity and quality. It will affect body weight and composition. Healthy foods like fruits and vegetables contain vitamins and minerals that body needs.

Smoking is an activity that directly lowers the health of a human’s respiratory system and related systems. According to the centers for disease control and prevention. Smoking damages almost every organ in the body. It increases the chance of developing lung cancer and heart disease. It is well known that each of the lifestyle risk factors is unequally distributed among the people. However, research has tended to focus on these risk factors individually. But recent research from the Kings Fund has attempted to look at how these behaviors co-occur or cluster in the population.

Although this may be true that the sexual activity includes activities that intend to arouse the sexual interest of the other but furthermore seducing your partner or playing games is another example. In reality this activity may follow sexual arousal although the activity has to be performed smartly and on point. Human sexual activity has sociological,cognitive, emotional, behavioral and biological aspects; these include personal binding, sharing emotions and the physiology of the reproductive sex, sexual intercourse and sexual behavior in all its forms.
Most teens use fast food as a quick way for meals that are completely full fat. Most fast food places have excessive calories in each meal that can be treacherous to health. Nearly three-quarters of California teenagers live in areas overcrowded with fast food places.Consumption of fast food and soda leads to excess calories.

The more fast food places in one town the more teens are at risk to eat unhealthy. Teens in unhealthy neighborhood are 17% more likely to drink a soda every day. Obesity leads to social complications. This can lower self-esteem as well. Obesity can lead to diabetes and other life threading disorders.

Most teens are not aware of overweight health problems and need to be better informed. The two main subsidizing factors of weight problem in teens are eating habits and lack of exercise.  Some overweight teens have parents who don’t have time for their children that lead to quick meals and in-operativeness. Parents should encourage their teens to be active.
